As an editor of several hospitality and tourism related magazines in Asia (and a NY'er) I've met with hundreds of people running these types of tours and come to recognize that the mark of quality service is the desire of the owner/manager to create a great experience. While money is a part of every business, the most successful are created by people who are more interested in the product than the bottom line. I've chatted with Ed on several occasions and I guarantee he knows the city and he's determined to provide his customers with exactly what they want, plus a little extra. It's that little extra that will make a tour with Destination NYC a memorable experience. \r
