Dr. Greenspan is very professional and I would recommend him to anyone in need. However, he needs to send his receptionist(s) out for interpersonal training. I understand the phones can be somewhat high pressured, but she could use another tone and display a little more patience. I find her to be highly unprofessional. I personally do not think he is aware of her poor telephone skills.\r

Unfortunately, he was rated based on his employee(s). I understand he is very busy and you cannot get appointments as soon as you'd like, but I don't need someone to rush me off the phone to ask whether I want it or not.\r
