I do NOT recommend this place neither the one that is located in the Indian Trace and Saddle Club Plaza (same management). - This place is so sketchy that you can't even find it by the name of the store - ""Lake Plaza Cleaners""
When I went to drop off my clothes they were absolutely rude (that should had been a red flag). They charged extra for cleaning my suit and shirts for having them done ""express"", which meant two days. I was willing to do that thinking that they were going to have them ready. When I came back to pick them up they could not find my clothes, after an hour of standing there they found my suit but not the shirts, I had to actually help to look for them in the back of the store. I live out of state and was driving to Gainesville for an interview the same day, thus I had to buy a new shirt. They then found the shirts and I got them days later. I had to argue with them for another hour, they did not apologize, they only gave me a refund for the rush, they did not give me my money back nor covered my new shirt. On top of that they initially wanted to give me a STORE CREDIT, as if I was ever gonna come back there!!! --- I talked to the managers and they were absolutely rude and had the worst customer service ever!! - Do NOT go there.
