These people are a scam! I would dare to bet all the good ratings were done by the owners themselves. My experience was as follows: They lied by saying: that no other locksmith would be open on a Sunday and they were the only ones who could help me (surprise, the next locksmith I called was available on Sunday), they said it would be 30-35 minutes, 1&1/2 hrs later they still hadn't shown up. The ""Lock Doc"" also said he was stuck in a traffic jam on 94 and that's why it was taking so long (there was no traffic jam). After calling them several times to get the update, I told them I no longer needed them, they proceeded to yell at me and tell me they were contacted by another company to come open my door, that the 2nd locksmith I called was using them anyway to come open my door. THIS WAS NOT TRUE! The 2nd company I called, the owner himself came to open my door, he never called these liars!!!!
