I do a lot of physical activities, such as rock climbing, running, backpacking, etc., and have frequent sports injuries and soreness.\r

I stumbled upon Rob Serio at Massage Envy in Apex, NC by accident after being given a gift card. He is extremely talented and has a huge amount of therapeutic/sports-medicine type knowledge and skills. I've become a regular, and Rob has been way more helpful for me on a variety of issues (torn hip flexors, elbow tendonitis, and others) than the sports therapist I used to see.\r

I don't know how the other massage therapists are at Massage Envy, but I was pleasantly surprised to find someone as skillful as Rob there. I highly recommend him.
