Suchi, just changed ownership. Suchi no longer owns it. I have been eating the lunch buffet for over two years almost weekly. I didn't realize that there was a new owner until I complained to the manager at how poor the food quality was. Now it is watered down average Indian food. the Briani has so much turmuric that by the end of the meal your fingers and nails get heavily stained. The tandourri isn't even red, has little flavor and dry tasting. So this was my first experience. The manager indicated to me that they were getting another chef that was supposed to improve the food. So I went back a month later and the food was just as bad. Excelt that the tandourri wasn't as cold as it was the first time I had it. The food taste like ingredients as opposed to a blend of them. If you are new to Indian food, this is NOT what is is supposed to taste like.\r \r This is a tragedy because it was one of my best lunch spots in Cary but I will not go back. Nothing is worse than getting ripped off at lunch. If you are looking for a proper Indian meal try Curry and Spice on 54 in Durham. This is how it is supposed to taste. Pros: Watermellon Cons: Indian Food
