We ordered the two highest priced specials on the menu. The lobster was dry and served with a salty bowl of beans. The sea bass was dry any without a sauce, served with a salty bowl of beans and white rice. The two beers were cold. Our waiter was less than enthusiastic about serving us. We are tourists, Anglos, and we received poor service and horrid food, especially for the price of admission. We will not be back. And although we left our waiter 18%, he deserved zero. DO. NOt GO THERE if you are not a regular.
