Businiess name:  Agora At Port Richey Apartments

Review content:
These Apartments are probably the worst decision as far as a place to live in my life. The maintenance crew left ashes and a cigarette inside my neighbors apartment( the alleged ""cigarette"" was handrolled and not tobacco, ill let you figure it out). The staff does not care about anything but your money each month. The gutters which we asked them to repair at the beginning of our 14 month lease because they were falling off, 13 months later are still the same. Our second story balcony the floor is chipped around the edges and im talking big chunks. The trees they have all over the place have acorns that fall from about 40 feet onto your cars every time there is a tiny breeze, imagine a storm. They leave chips in your paint and there are very few parking spots in the whole place not under those trees. I WOULD NOT recommend anyone move in here, there are many apartments with much better quality and the same or lower prices within a 2 mile radius Cons: many, i will elaborate........
