I love italian food and carrabas! They replace all the meats in their menu with eggplant(which is really well done) the vegetable of the day, or any other veggie you want! It's great to go have some good pasta with a side of vegs (though I would reccomend the eggplant)
Pros: substitutes eggplant(or any other veggie) for meat
