My stay at his apartments was the worst. He has critters running around, a big hole in the kitchen floor, a broken tub, the heat didn't work , he always just walked in my apartment, I had to use a plunger to drain the sink, the refrigerator didn't work I had to put my food on the fire escape to keep it cold for a week, the stove didn't work, He was the worst landlord ever people have called and reported him so many times but that was useless because he still didn't fix anything. I would not recommend anyone to rent from him.
Pros: He will work with you on the rent
Cons: The apartments are in bad condition and need to be shut down
