Review content:
We made a reservation w/ this company for a move and they gave us a window of two hours in which they would arrive. The two hour window came and went with no call from the movers. We called All American Movers and they said it would take them at least another two hours to show up. We were on a tight time frame and had agreed to the initial window of time they had estimated to arrive. We understand that unexpected things come up that alter their time frame but frick'n call us and let us know...don't leave us sitting there waiting for you. They offered no explanation for missing their appointed time frame except that the window of time was an estimated window that could shift!!! What the hell does that even mean......the ""window"" of time IS the estimation. After wasting the majority of our day waiting for these clowns we ended up doing it ourselves. Don't waste your time, call a different moving company.
