My only complaint is that they have specials on their website, but don't extend them to the customers unless the customer mentions they saw it on the website. I found out after the fact that I could have saved $50--The website special says if you have a color job costing more than 100 you will receive a free hair cut. I spent A LOT of money in the salon on my hair and on product--had they mentioned the special her tip would not have changed. Not the end of the world, but disappointing.
