Review content:
We met the CEDI team when we purchased our new home, as they performed the pre-wire for the house. I could tell that they were experienced by how they had the builder implement changes during construction to make wiring easier.
We worked with several members of the CEDI team over the lifetime of the project, but Joshua took the lead on making sure that we got what we wanted and that it got installed correctly. We ended up installing a whole house audio system, as well as a whole house AV switching system. Also, they helped us build out our media room, which required some custom cabinetry and carpentry work. At all times, the CEDI team was professional and friendly.
We had a few minor glitches after the installation related to some manufacturer defects in video connectors; but Joshua made a special trip out to the house within a couple days each time we found an issue to make sure that our system got fixed, and they did it at no additional charge. I consider this to be very good customer service.
