Words can not describe this restaurant and our experience. Let's start by the scenic drive to Boulder, UT from Salt Lake - it's breathtaking. We arrived on a Friday evening for dinner. We were kindly greeted by the darling, witty hostess. We requested to be seated outside. It couldn't have been more perfect circumstances considering that it just rained. We started with the goat cheese fondue appetizer - highly recommended. I had a dinner special and my husband had the steak. The entrees were of perfect portion and were beautifully decorated with edible flowers. I got a tear in my eye when I took my first bite. The food was so fresh and tasty!! The flavors were also accentuated by the awesome wine that we had. The restaurant does serve beer and wine and what a beautiful list they have!?!?! Our waiter was great!! He suggested the best dessert and wine to go with it. I have so much respect for the owners and it's staff on creating such a wonderful place in the middle of nowhere. After camping that night in the beautiful area surrounding we returned the following night for dinner - it was my turn for the steak :) Our experience was just as perfect as the first and this time I had the honor of meeting one of the owners, Blake. She was so gracious, kind and appreciative. My new favorite restaurant is 5 hours away from home - the VW van is a little slow - but it's well worth the trek. I will definitely be back soon and often. The prices may seem a little steep to some but you are not giving your money to a cheesy chain restaurant - you are giving back to what seems to be an amazing community. I am very passionate towards this place and what it represents. Pros: Food, Service, Atmosphere, Wine List, Everything.
