I am so excited. I went to Impulse to try someone new. My appointment was set up with Caroline. I was extremely nervous and I told her that as soon as I met her. Caroline immediately put me at ease. She listened to me rant and rave about nerves, my hair, and what the girl I used to see did. She listened and made great suggestions about what to do and I LOVE MY HAIR. I dont know what kind of magic dust was sprinkled over my head but my hair has never looked so good. I made a color appointment and I am returning next week. Loved the experience and the service.
Pros: My hair is awesome, comfortable atmosphere
