Just stumbled across this posting with my neighbor and thought I needed to comment. I am not sure what earlco1 is talking about but affordableroofing is the only real professional roofing company I dealt with last year after the bad hail storm in Fort Collins. They were prompt, professional and courtious. Believe me, I had a million contractors knocking at my door during this. It seemed pretty sketchy the way they do business like this (door knocking) so I called around locally and asked friends as well. Affordable Roofing was the name that came up time after time with friends. A co-worker just had his roof done at the time as well on a referal from his neighbor through another contractor (Advanced Roofing) and had some serious issues so this really pushed me towards Affordable Roofing. From the moment I called them they were all over my repair, showed up at my house, met with the insurance adjuster (which they knew personally) and helped me get every piece of damage identified and documented. His name was Derek I believe. I would not have known to do this on my own. I could not be happier with the work they did. I did meet the person earlco1 mentioned below (Jim Simpson) after the work was done. Turns out he is one of the owners. Pretty impressive they would send one of the owners out to look over the work. Just my two cents worth. I think people or companies deserve credit when they do an exceptional job.
