BUYER BEWARE! These people are nuts! If you buy from them you are warned this is their version of customer service.
Got a tent in a box that looked like had been dropped, hard. Said it might be damaged needed time to test it. Meantime left pos feedback on ebay. If I only had known... They would not return contact after I told them it was for sure damaged. I had to open an ebay case just to get a response at all. They decided I deserved an EXCHANGE not the REFUND I requested. They sent me tons of invoices because they sent an exchange and refused to understand I needed time to check my exchange. I guess I wasn't fast enough because after cancelling the invoices and a brief communication this was my response quoted (only thing changed is the cussing)
""You are freakin crazy. You said you got a broken tent. WE SENT YOU ANOTHER tent, and you have failure to return the initial tent. So if anyone is getting ""ducked"" over its US! Its ok, though you'll see soon the result of what you have created. Thanks so much for showing me what a real a$$ is. I really appreciate your $#itty business ducker!""
Oh but it gets even better, then following this message within 24hours my paypal account was hacked and now my bank account is overdrafted by over $1000 so my rent won't clear! Hmmmm noice the threat, then the delivery?
I've had my paypal for a few years now, NEVER been hacked till within 24 hours after that email. You be the judge, I know I will never ever give them ever money again, if you do it's all your risk! You have been warned!
