Update on 9/3/2010:
Still excellent, but not as straightforward. I called them yesterday to place an order. For some reason, they said that I was now out of their normal delivery area and wanted to charge a $10 premium. I couldn't understand the change so I spoke with a manager. He offered to combine my order with another delivery, but he couldn't give me a timeslot. I planned on being home all day, so I agreed. I appreciate their flexibility to create a win-win situation.
Pinestraw was delivered today at 10:00am.
Original 9/3/2009 review:
Simple and Straightforward
Called them up on Tuesday morning and they were willing to delivery later that day. I wasn't available, so I asked for a Wednesday delivery. I called on Wednesday to confirm delivery. Sure enough, they delivered around 6:00pm.
Minimum delivery is 20 bales. I plan on placing another order with them next Spring. I recommend giving them a call and getting a quote.
