I don't usually complain about bad experiences at restaurants, but this is an exception. OK, it was a busy night (Tuesday-lobster special night) but, we waited almost 15 mins. at the bar for our beer while waiting for a table(the bartender blatantly avoided eye contact). The unattentive waiter forgot to mention that they were out of lobster until we placed our order. While reordering several other menu items were also unavailable. After ordering, we sat with empty glasses for the remainder of our dining experience. It took over 40 mins. for our entrees to arrive. The waiter made no attempt to check on us during the meal. The salmon I had was undercooked, fatty, and flavorless(farm-raised). My girlfriend's duck was on a burnt bed of vermicelli and appeared to be ordered from the chinese take-out next door. Overall the experience was a nightmare, the restaurant can't handle volume for such a small dining area, and the kitchen is slow and obviously ex-fast food workers.
Pros: good for a burger and fries
Cons: bad for anything else, especially service
