Mr. Evans(so call owner of the company) is a fake person!!!! YES !!!! I said it! the day after the fire he shows up with the insurance lady who refer him and I accepted the services because she refer him HOWEVER he ask for my must valuale items and I gave him my wedding dress and both of my kids dedication outfits, Mr. Evans says: I will PERSONALLY SEE that this items get taking care of! \r
My wedding dress did come back but it was not clean and I send it back but no one is able to locate my childres dedication outfits that he so call him self taking care of personally!!!!! Today he tells me that he dont remember the outfits just the wedding dress as is I'm the one that lost them!!! But there was no problem about harrasing me for payment, calling me at work and mailing me all kinds of bills and reminders about payment while the claim was still perndin! \r

The tags cause more damage then anything to the clothe, a lots of the items came back smelling like smoke and there worker look like he pick them up from the nearest shelter and put them to work! \r
