Pros-The atmosphere is amazing.... end of story. Tommy , the owner has poured his heart and soul into this place and it shows. The fountains and landscaping make it worth going to if for no other reason at all. It is very beautiful and a great spot to go on a date or just to read the newspaper and have a coffee. The prices are decent as well and I think you get what you pay for. The food is pretty good. It?s not great or the best but its pretty good. Now for the cons- the service is not good at all. I am going to try to offer constructive criticism rather than just be rude but it is true. The service is actually bad more often than it is decent or good. There are 2 issues here. First is the wait staff. They are young and inexperienced. Tommy means well but to be quite honest he should hire older more ""professional"" (for lack of a better word) wait staff. The 2nd issue is that the kitchen is too small for the amount of business that they get on a regular basis. This is not really an opinion, but rather a fact. As for people saying that the owner was rude, to be honest I am not surprised, although he should know better. Acknowledging your faults and handling them the right way would stop people from reviewing it as a place that they wouldn?t return to. Rather then get defensive or nasty, they should apologize and try to make it better. Overall it is surely worth going to for the food and the atmosphere and if you have a bad experience, give it another try or two. I have been there a million times and they have their good days and bad. Despite issues with service or speed I like the place...enough that I keep going back.
