Review content:
Let me start off by saying Kravit was recommended to me by a former employee who I trust 100%. That being said BE AWARE!!! I went there to have a ring re-set, so I was assured the ring would be exactly what I asked for, upon speaking with the sales person on the phone I received a VERY nasty comment when I asked questions. This seemed odd to me so I went in to check the new ring they had ordered. Well, it was NOTHING like what I asked for. So a very nice woman took time to fix the problem and assured me that it would be perfect, and a week later it was more then perfect it was AMAZING. So what is the problem right? Well after receiving such great service I took my fiances' wedding band to be re sized (only half a size down) It was a band that we had gotten. It was incredible thick and a great deal. A week later I Went back to pick up the ring, it was BUTCHERED, I do not even know a strong enough word for what they did to this ring. I was told it would be taken care of they were sorry. A week later I went back, well, it was not fixed it was polished and I was told that the week before we saw an ""illusion"" since it wasn't polished. As if we were stupid and couldn't see it was noticeably thinner, not to mention the inside shape of the ring was different. When we stated it was still not right, well let me tell you, so the BS started. They stated that the hallmark was still there if they ground it down it wouldn't be there. However, after much talk to get us to accept a ring that was obviously butchered, they stated if we get in touch with the original company and find the Millimeter thickness then they would be able to replace the ring. They made very sure to tell us not to go by weight cause they sized it down. Fact is, I don't have the Millimeter width I have no real way to prove anything, this is my fault, but I have learned my lesson, please if you go there they do beautiful work but BEWARE have everything photographed, weighed and measured, be careful and don't trust anyone but yourself I am currently speaking with the maker to try and get the proof I need, but please protect yourself..
