My car was relatively clean for being a newly purchased used car. Thought I'd get a detail to make it feel even newer. Don't know how they did it, but they managed to make my car dirtier than before I took it in. Got the interior detailed and exterior handwashed. Nasty glue-like residue left on my console, bits of lint left from their towels all over the place, and didn't clean areas that obviously needed cleaning. My complaint isn't so much the fact that they did a lackluster job- it could be fixed. But when I asked the manager to fix these things, it was apparantly an extreme burdent to him. He got extremely defensive, and was hasty to fix the request. Even then- it wasn't detailed as one would expect after the cost. Paid good money and got below average service. So many better choices out there.
