Review content:
My husband and I went to Osaka for my birthday. This used to be one of our most favorite restaurants. We were excited to go back since it had been a while since we had eaten there. We sat down at the table and my husband said we would just be ordering rolls throughout the night meaning we would be there for a while. I don't know if this set the waitress off, but she had quite the attitude. We ordered miso soup and rice and the dynamite appetizer- which wasn't as good as I remembered it being. We had still not received our plates or ramekin dishes for soy sauce. My husband asked for the plates and the ramekin dish and the waitress, no lie said with a lot of attitude, ""Yeah I know what you're talking about... I work here."" We were stunned! We later asked if we had offended her somehow and she said no she was just joking. Ha! Not a very funny joke. From then on another waitress had to come take our order and help us the rest of the night. When the tall, blonde, and rude waitress came back she basically threw the roll down on the table and walked away. She also did the same thing with the check. All I can say is bad service makes the food taste not as good, and when you end up leaving with a bad taste in your mouth, chances are you're never going back. I think this restaurant needs to give their employees a little etiquette training.
Pros: Pretty good food
Cons: Service, price
