I was impressed with the entire service at 7. The facade is a little intimidating, but a lot of smiles on the way in helped relax me some. I was asked what I would like to drink, sat in the waiting area and about three minutes later, was brought a latte'. A really good latte actually. I booked my appointment in evening because the receptionist said the salon is busiest in the afternoon. I only waited a couple minutes before my stylist came over and greeted me. My trim didn't take too long, maybe 20 minutes or something. The stylist paid excellent attention to my cues regarding what I wanted and didn't want. At the end of the service, Jac walked me to the front of the salon, showed me which products she'd used on my hair and wished me a happy holiday. Good stuff all around for this place.
