My children (3 years and 7 months) were only there 6 days, and I took them away. The staff, especially in the infant room, was completely untrained and unprofessional. The first day, they didn't give my 7 month old any milk. On at least two occasions, I witnessed one staff member screaming at the children (not firm, but yelling). They warmed my baby's bottle one day (it was super hot to the touch) and wondered why she wouldn't drink it. Another day, the girl in the infant room couldn't tell me if my baby had been given milk at lunch. ""I think so,"" she said. One day they called to ask if my baby was going to be there that day, even though the calendar I filled out did not list attendance for that day. No one asked about my 3 year old. The last day, I asked the girl in the infant room when and how they unthaw breast milk. ""I don't know"" was all she said. And that's the very short version! The center had me fill out a ""getting to know your baby"" form before my children stared going and on there it listed when and how much to feed my baby, as well as instructions not to heat the bottles. No one ever looked at it! Needless to say, I am very unhappy with this center! Beware! Oh, and my 3 year old *hated* going. He would cry if you even talked about daycare at home. Broke my heart!
