FOR THE RECORD. Pastor Steve Nelson is a wonderful person. When my Uncle (the young community leader in the previous post) was in the hospital he came as well as the associate pastor every day to his bedside an prayed with him and for him. When Brother Steve was asked to hold the memorial service after my uncles' passing he didn't hesitate. He done exactly what my uncle's partner, my uncle and his family wanted. This may not have been the service that his NIH friends thought it should be, but to each their own. This is why you were able to hold your own service in his memory, to do things the way you as his friends felt they should have been done. \r \r Please if you are looking to visit Trinity Baptist Church go! You won't be disapointed. This church family is strong and stands by one another no matter what!
