Review content:
I needed a professional to finish the job I started and called DHP for an estimate. Didn't show at first appt. Promised same day an estimate and job completion within 4 wks. Estimate never came, after weeks of unreturned phone calls to the answering service I called the number that was used to reschedule the estimate appt.
Marc said he'd be sure to resend the estimate. I asked if the job was too small and I should look elsewhere. He assured me no,that it wasn't too small of a job and they weren't too busy, he confirmed my email and promised to deliver the estimate the same day. It never showed and I finally gave up. Very poor customer service!
