Review content:
I went there with a friend to smoke hookah. After perusing the menu ($15 for a small mixed drink? $250 for bottle service in an empty restaurant on a Friday night?), we settled on no drinks, just hookah. After that, we were ignored by the staff. \r We received no new coals. When we asked for the check, there was a forced 20% gratuity, even though there were two of us. I talked to the manager about why this occurred (since the menu clearly states gratuity for parties of 5 or greater), and he stated, ""It is because of foreigners who do not know how to tip in New York."" I am never going back there again.\r \r By the way, did you notice that all of the glowing reviews for this place are written by people who have only posted 1 review - on the whole website? Something's fishy on Lafeyette St, fellas. Pros: Another hookah bar in SoHo Cons: Overpriced, gaudy, terrible service.
