Review content:
My wife and I invited another couple to join us at The Way We Cook in Manchester after hearing about the great review TV Diner gave them.\r \r The way we cook might be fine, but the way we run a restaurant is horrible! \r \r We arrived on time for our 6:30 reservation on a Saturday. The restaurant was less than half full. We were seated immediately at a corner window table. \r \r We were assured Peter, our waiter, would be with us shortly, but we never saw him in the 45 minutes we were in the restaurant. I got up and went to the hostess and explained that we hadn't had a waiter come to the table yet. The hostess said she'd get our waiter but apparently she couldn't find him either. Instead she took our drink order. We waved her down again ten minutes later and placed an appetizer order through the hostess. \r \r The appetizers made it out of the kitchen but were taken to every table in the restaurant except ours and returned to the kitchen! It was almost comical as we waved our arms and said ""I think those are for us."" It was as if there were a force field around our table and no one could see or hear us. Even the hostess could not get through to the wait staff. A table for two near us empathized and shook their heads in amazement.\r \r We got up to leave - still having not met Peter, the mysterious waiter. We asked to see the manager but were told the manager was too busy cooking to help up resolve our issues. \r \r Never have we ever received such deplorable service in any restaurant. Avoid this restaurant - it will not be in business much longer.\r \r After we left, we drove to and called other Manchester downtown restaurants and they were fully booked. The Way We Cook was the only restaurant half full.\r \r PS - We drove down to Nashua and went to Michael Timothy's. We were able to grab a table in the Jazz Bar and had a great dinning experience with service to match\r Pros: The food might be good but we would never know. Cons: The service was the worst!
