best sushi resturant in colorado. fish is always fresh. why would someone care about plastic waste when the resturant serves faquga and toro. if you eat sushi and force fed bloated goose livers you are contributing more to the destruction of the planet than some plastic wrap. I think never decomposes is a bit overly dramatic. I just bought a 20 pack of heafty freezer bags to thow in a land fill in honor of sasa's excellent food. chew on that.
