Last weekend I find that my one my windows had been broken. I had to be out of town by mid afternoon so I obviously I wanted this fixed as soon as possible. On this website I find Auto Glass Solutions. ""When you need glass fast"". Sounded perfect. They told me they would be there between noon and two. I make some calls and adjust my schedule as best I can. They are an hour late. Then they say it will take half an hour to fix. It takes them an hour. I try to talk the guy down and he gives all sorts of excuses like ""but it?s the weekend. Its busy."" and ""I don't want to lose my job over this"". I didn't have time to waste on this pathetic fool since his incompetence already made me two hours late, so I paid his bogus price. I had things to do today, Kelsey (I think that was your name). You're the one that set the schedule. If you know it?s going to be busy on the weekend then give me a later time. And if you are going to be late, call. Or at least answer your damn phone. That?s about the only thing you didn't have an excuse for. I will never take my business to auto glass solutions again, and will advise everyone I know to do the same. Pathetic.
