I called and they LISTENED as I explained what we were looking for. We were having problems with our existing carrier and I wanted to see if new technology could reduce our bill.\r
They sent my a quote that included a new carrier and voice over IP. I was nervous about quality issues. I have heard a lot of horror stories about VOIP. They told me I could use both old and new until I was more comfortable.\r
We pulled the trigger and installation was very smooth.\r
2 months later:\r
