1 Star is one start too many for this fly-by-night operation. If you experience trouble with your Panasonic TV, you'll undoubtedly be referred here. What Panasonic doesn't realize is that this service shop is is one man, working out of his garage. He fails to provide accurate estimates on the front-end. He fails to deliver according to his initial time estimates (or any reasonable estimates whatsoever). He fails to communicate. During the nearly 8 weeks he had possession of my plasma, I failed to receive a single status phone call from South Suburban. After weeks of frustration, I finally called Panasonic and was able to have the parts order history pulled for my TV's serial number and I learned that the part order wasn't placed until 5 weeks after I dropped off my TV. If you value your own time and sanity, avoid this jokester.
