Fiamma is one of my favorite restaurants and Danielli is an excellent manager. The other reviews here sound like out of towners; waiting 25 min for a table is expected in New York and reminding people at restaurants about birthday parties should be a given. We've had many birthday parties here and I'm planning another. They are more than perfect when it comes to food and service. I'm also Italian and know great italian food when I have it. Perhaps the others are accustomed to checkboard tableclothes and lots of red sauce?\r

This place is golden. Period. Skip Babbo and Battali's over salted and over priced food.
Pros: Great Service; attention to detail and ambience.
Cons: Can be a little noisy and getting reservations is tough. That's because it's so good.
