Review content:
Over 1 hour to receive lunch Monday, April 21. Our food took OVER 1 HOUR to be served. A couple came in, sat next to us, and left after 15 minutes with no server activity at all. Another table of two came in after our table of three, and were close to finished with their meals before our food came.
The slow wait time was due to 'your burger is taking a long time.' Not sure why a burger takes 1 hour to prepare.
I had to fetch our server from the kitchen to pay for our meal. I had asked for the check, at which point she disappeared. I found her in the prep area wiping glasses. Paying for our meal took almost 10 minutes. Have fun with that one.
