I chose Hells Kitchen for a bacholerette dinner for my sister and her friends after much research, I took a small group of ladies under the age of 21 to this establishment for a nice dinner, but was very very very unhappy from the moment we walked in to the time we left. Our server messed up our orders, the time to even order was almost 40 minutes, he was very rude and did not come back to check on us like he should have instead he was at the bar chatting it up with friends and other staff, i made reservations and we came on a thursay night, it wasn't busy, therfore i didnt understand the poor service.Most of our food was cold, but didnt want to bother the server since he rarely showed up and it took way to long to order and recieve our food the first time, after all this the night was farther ruined with a man begging for money at the main door and the length for our dinner service cut into the limo time i had set up for my sister to tour the town. We were very well behaved with manners but were not treated that way at all. Was a big disapointment for all of us, we were all excited to see what Hells Kitchen had to offer us.\r

i even wrote to the owner of Hell's kitchen, i did get one response back wanting some more details of my trip to Hell's kitchen, after that i have not heard back, it has almost been a month =(
