I have used this company twice and the first time they were wonderful. Our sales associate was a young lady who was very courteous and proffessional. We went with them again to do our next house and so far this experience has not been good. The gentleman working with us this time was named Gee and he is not nearly as proffessional and organized as the other young lady. They took our measurements early then lost them, when we were picking out the material, he didn't know which was what and quoted the wrong prices and colors--we had to get someone else to provide the correct info. He did not return phone calls, I've had to call him several times. He then told us the template would be done on the 8th and could be installed by the 15th. the 15th came and went and no one came to do the install. When I called back the earliest he said he could do it was the 24th. I let him know this was too late as we were originally told the 15th but he stated there was nothing he could do and that it was within his 10-15 day lead time. After looking at the calender the 24th is outside of this supposed 10-15 day lead time but I didn't even bother to point that out. Overall I was not pleased with the service this time around. I'm not going to say I would never use them again but I would certainly request to work with someone else other than Gee. So far my 2 experiences with this company have been day and night and the only difference was the sales person. \r
