I am 52 yrs old. Since birth I have been on over 275 types of meds and ""WAS"" still counting. For the past 28 yrs I had been dealing with obesity, migraines, chronic fatigue, insomnia, irritability, headaches, and the extremes of chronic constipation to crippling diarrhea (which included the entire range from gas, bloating to irregularity), fibromyalgia, high cholesterol, 2 pts away from becoming a diabetic and heartburn. Then the constant round of doctors starting at the age of 1 with my tonsils being removed, then gallbladder removed, barium enema’s, ovarian cysts, depression, colonoscopy, 1 yr of heavy antibiotics for Lyme Disease which then lead to 6 months of IV therapy. Then not to mention the financial toll! I will say though that for the past 7 yrs I have acquired a wonderful team: holistic doctor, kinesiologist, chiropractor, massage therapist and an energy healer. But now I have added a new member to that team, a colonic therapist! Intestinal Fitness was recommended by my energy healer as the next step in my healing journey. I needed to rid myself of the years of toxins and damage the drugs and over-the-counter meds had done and a colonic therapy program was the next step. It is so important to know how your body is really supposed to work and the colon IS the place to start!! If your large colon and intestines do not absorb the needed vitamins / minerals and nutrients, then you will be fighting a losing battle. The atmosphere and knowledge of these ladies is top notch! I was a little apprehensive on the first visit, but now I look forward to each appt. Since starting I have dropped 71 lbs, energy level up and the symptoms down, down, down!!!! I am only on a few meds, but mainly supplements and my new routine from Intestinal Fitness – Colon Max and Chinese Herbal supplements. For me this therapy has produced amazing results and it will continue to be a regular part of my health care routine and life. Don’t be afraid or embarrassed as these ladies will make you feel welcomed and at ease.
