I retired from the Air Force last year, and upon moving to Hollywood, I wound up buying a Simmons Beautyrest Queen Pillow Top. Although I only weigh about 120lbs, the mattress started to sink in the middle, so I called up Half Price Mattress, where I purchased it from for just under $500, and they explained to me there was no manufacturers warranty because they were an Outlet for Simmons, but that they stood by their products. Make a long story short, they arrived at my house less than two days later with a new mattress, a slightly firmer Simmons Euro Top, and only charged me $50 for the swap out, which I considered fair. The best part is I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY NEW MATTRESS and am very appreciative that there was no fight and no shenanigans regarding my customer service issue. I am very glad I found Half Price Mattress, and kudos to Mitch and his staff....
