I was another that had a membership to a mega gym, and got bored. Many of my friends were talking to me about crossfit and how much they liked it. I could see the difference in them after they started, as they became more fit and lost weight. So, I decided to give it a try. I really like it, and all the trainers are great to work with. It's a very inclusive environment and everyone wants to see you succeed in your goals. Alot of people think crossfit is a cult, but they just don't get that when you go to the gym, sometimes you find a place where everyone supports you and tries to help you obtain your goals.
