Review content:
I just received my watch. The most important thing is that it was fixed. However, I was not pleased with the service at all! Aside from taking over a month to have the watch fixed, the watch was sent back to me taped up in a piece of paper. The watch is important to me and it was sent to them in the original protective box to ensure that it would be kept safe through the mail. The watchmakers notified me that they throw boxes away when they are received. I would like to let everyone know this, as it was not explained to me, in order for others to avoid this. The watch was under warranty, and so I had no other choice but to have it fixed with them.
