Review content:
I recently came in the French with a family member on a free pass. As soon as I walk in they literally sent me to a guy who convince me to sign up. He stated that if I wasn't happy then I could cancelled in three days. So I said okay what the heck!. Sadly to say when I tried to cancel on the next day because I wasn't happy with the way the facility or the ppl who work there. When I tried to cancel, they gave me the run around. First they said I had to come back the next day because the guyt who signed me up is not at work today. I asked the guy at the front desk if it would be too late and He said No. Tell me why when I came back the next day, the guy who signed me up was still not at work today. The other guy again said he was not coming and I could cancel the next day with no problem. Guess what happen.......... The next day when I tried to cancel, Another guy who works there told me that it was too late. WTHHHHHHH..... Even when I told them what I being trying to two days ago, they said it was too late.
Pros: nothing
Cons: No reliabilty on there cancellation process.
