Review content:
If you know nothing about transmissions you will be overcharged and they will make you think their business practices and prices are normal. BEWARE!!\r
\r
I asked for a suggestion for what it might cost upfront and was told ""All cars are different. We can do a 'free' diagnosis"" umm OK. I was later brought in for the diagnosis to see my transmission in a thousand pieces spread across a table. I was then taken up front and showed, allegedly, what a dealer would charge. Then he showed me what his charge would be and it was less but it was an insane amount of money: $3600 + tax! I was in shock and didn't know WHAT to do. I felt like I was being hijacked and my car was being held ransom. I didn't feel like I had a choice. I begrudgenly left it there and went home. After some checking around with his competitors and checking what the costs of the parts would be I found out that he was overcharging me by at least a THOUSAND DOLLARS. When I called back to have him halt working on it he basically blew me off and told me he would call me back...he NEVER did. By the time I got to actually talk with him again it was too late. The car was near completion and I my nerves were a total wreck.\r

NEVER EVER take you vehicle to these people. You will be severely overcharged and you will regret it.
Cons: you will be robbed
