I had active/deep FX laser treatment in May 2011. Dr. Blevins and his staff have been incredible from the consultation, through my procedure and recovery. I am most impressed not only with the friendliness of the staff but the kindness they have shown me. During consultation Robbie explained every detail of what I should expect and has been there throughout the past 3 months if I have needed anything. Dr. Blevins is a true professional and I am very pleased with my results. I feel like I am with friends when I am in their Winter Park office. Carla who schedules appts. and is at the front desk is always smiling, friendly and makes me feel special. In the Lady Lake office Robin was my nurse and she is just as sweet and caring as the rest of the staff.
After reading the last two post I can see where they may be frustrated with having to wait or if things seemed a little crazy. My answer to that is every business has their days. There are times when they may be short staffed or they have unexpected things with current patients. I can tell you that they run two very busy offices yet they have always made time to take my call, get me in and have never made me feel like I am bothering them.
In other words it is more important to me to be in an environment where I have a comfortable relationship with the staff and doctor. That I know they will do their best to meet my needs and take the time to insure I am comfortable and understand everything before I have a procedure done.
I am not looking to overpay at a fancy office where I am just another patient. That is why I continue to recommend this office and so many of my friends are consulting with them as they love my results!
