Had Glass Masters replace a backglass on my car today and the girls running that place made a bad day so much better. They were knowledgable and the professionalism was so refreshing in today's world. Any question I had was answered and I was treated like a queen. I have come to the point where I expect poor customer service....but not here. Obviously this company makes sure its customers are taking care of and well treated. And can you believe, it only took 45 mins to change my glass out! I thought I would be stuck all day but when that girl on the phone told me 45 mins to an hour, she meant what she said. I hope I never have to change another glass, but if I do Glass Masters has my business for life! M
