Review content:
I stop in at The Hermitage Bakery about twice a month, and I'm never disappointed. The pastries are sooo yummy (best Creme Horns I've ever had!), and her Bombs are the bomb. And do try a Napoleon for a special splurge. Cheese bread is fabulous and the sourdough bread is really uniquely good. If you haven't had the Chocolate Chew cookies, you MUST try them. They are low fat, but you would never guess that. Friends who have had the cakes say they are equally wonderful. Marsha is always very attentive and friendly. My two grandsons think the bakery is the best place in the world to stop for treats! The problem is that there are so many good ones, it's hard to choose. I usually don't bother; we just split the pastries into pieces and try 'em all. No other bakery in the area comes close to being as good as this one! I'd travel across town if we moved, just for a taste of one of their goodies. Stop in some time: you won't be disappointed!
Pros: Fabulous pastries, cookies and breads
Cons: Not a huge selection for a walk in customer
