This was my third time at EOS and my experience has been consistent:\r
-Rude staff\r
-Staff does not know the wines-not a good thing for a wine bar\r
-I reserved a table, called the same day to confirm and still had to wait to be seated\r
-Poor wine list- cheap foreign wines and very poor selection of Californian wines\r
-Food and ambience is still good but with so many wonderful restaurants in the city I will not be rushing to EOS again and will certainly not recommend it.\r

My friend had a simliar experience a week ago.\r
Bottom line: consistently bad service
Pros: Food and ambience
Cons: service and poor wine list
