Ever since moving here from Houston, we had been searching for a really good Vietnamese restaurant - especially one that had delicious spring rolls (note, the Red Moon Cafe calls them ""Crystal Rolls"". They do have Spring Rolls on the menu but they fried, and are similar to egg rolls at a Chinese restaurant).
Well, our search is over. We've ordered several items from the menu and have been pleased with everything. We haven't eaten in, so I don't know about the wait staff, but the delivery staff have been prompt and courteous.
