Covington Transmission had my car for almost 2 weeks for a job that should have taken a few days. Every time I called, I got another story about why it was going to take longer. There were a few times when they told me they would call me on a certain day, and they never did. The lack of communication was not very professional.\r

Also, I was not given the opportunity to authorize the repair after they diagnosed it. They just started to order parts and do the repair. I was not even given any estimates and was stuck with a huge bill afterward. \r

I felt like I was taken advantage of and treated poorly, and they did not even apologize for having my car for almost 2 weeks.\r

Empty commitments. Poor communication. Unfriendly. \r
\r
I will never take a car to Covington Transmission again.
Pros: Fixed the problem.
Cons: Took 2 weeks to diagnose and repair it. Unfriendly service. Poor communication.
